Q1. Do I need to prepare before massage therapy?

No special preparation is required, but it is not recommended to get a massage on an empty or very full stomach.

Q2. How long does it take for a whole visit?

The duration of the treatments on the menu does not include the consulting and showering time before the treatment, and the tea time after treatment. Expect about 30 additional minutes on top of the treatment time. (Please let us know if you are in a hurry!)

Q3. Which style of massage treatment should I choose?

If you like to feel the soreness and numbness when massage on your acupoints, or like strong pressing and rubbing, Oriental Massage is the one that will “get your point”. If you like a slower pace, want to relax the muscle and have a good sleep, Swedish Massage will be more suitable for you.
If it is your first time to get a massage, it is recommended that you start with the Swedish Massage.
If you like to be assisted with props, don't hesitate and go for the Special Request!

Q4. Can I get a massage during my menstrual period?

The duration of the treatments on the menu does not include the consulting and showering time before the treatment, and the tea time after treatment. Expect about 30 additional minutes on top of the treatment time. (Please let us know if you are in a hurry!)
